WEEK IN REVIEW

Tuesday was a spring day, Edna and I helped Jill with the saw dust at the barn and we had the first BBQ of the year.  Ribs on the grill.

Edna needed to get yarn for her next project and I went along as technical advisor on color selection.

Thursday Will's school had "wax museum" event and we went to see his presentation.  He was "The Closer"

Logging is finished and we now have a challenge to return the area to a woods like appearance.  John Tuttle believes he may have somebody interested in the wood and that will go a long way to improving the logged area.  After open area cleared of the tree tops will seed and plant some trees and maybe wild flowers.

Edna leaves with Jill and Elizabeth for FL  Friday and I was ask if I was going, said "no as  indentured servants don't get to go with the master".

Edna left for FL early Friday morning and day here was gloomy with rain most of the day. Saturday is a much nicer day in the high 60's and lots of sun. Toby, Michael, and I went to the Petersburg Pickers sale today, I thought he should get this Elvis model, it would look great in their dinning room. He was not sure, but I think he was concerned what April would say like NO.  Had a great John Wayne model also, would look great in our half bath, but I had the same concern about Edna's reaction. I did get a pair of tin snips for $5.

Michael met a new friend at the sale.
