We are getting lots of eggs now the longer days are here
Our last shad fishing adventure for the year. Kept one for the roe and released the rest as we had caught all we could use earlier in the week.
Our fishing hole in downtown Richmond
Last shad of the season.
With the recent rain, the Dogwoods in the woods are in full bloom around our house.
Our woods in bloom this week.
Last week I went to use our BBQ Grill and inside was a nest, I assumed it was a mouse and deposed of the nest and cleaned the grill. Yesterday I went to use grill and another nest, but this time it had 3 eggs! I cooked inside and today looked and it had 6 eggs. Edna's bird book indicated it is a wren and they should hatch 2 weeks. So no outside cooking till next month.
Went to Will!s baseball game this afternoon, and it was a chilly.. We have freeze warnings for a few nights the next week.
Will playing third base this afternoon.
Thanks for stoping by
