He was much more interested in the people then the horse show.
Will and I went shad fishing 3 times this month, he was off for Spring break and no baseball, he was able to get away. We go each year when the shad are running and fish in downtown Richmond on the James. Due to a dam shad can not make it up to our place on the river.
The James is receding after the minor flooding last week. Note the dock warning sign, you can see why.
We hope to celebrate our 53th anniversary next week with a hike and birding at Merchants Mill Pond SP, weather willing.
